We're back and looking forward to celebrating with you and providing you with cool drinks at fair prices at our stand at Airbeat One (Main Camping). So that you can concentrate fully on the festival spectacle in Neustadt-Glewe, we'll even take care of the hassle of buying and carrying drinks before the festival.
With our Dosenmatrosen Click and Collect service, specially designed for Airbeat One, you can pre-order your drinks and Eiswürfel here at dosenmatrosen.de and have them delivered directly to the Airbeat One Festival (Main Camping). Sounds good? It is!
Every pre-order comes with a free pair of Three Sixty sunglasses.
Those who pre-order will be rewarded with a pair of sunglasses that may not be your fashion highlight of the year, but will definitely raise your Airbeat One vibe level. Pick up your pair directly at the festival and see the world through festival glasses!

While you’re already mentally preparing for the festival and bursting with excitement, we’ll lovingly pack your order and deliver it with our refrigerated truck directly to the festival. You can pick it up at our booth on your selected day.

As an Official Supporter of Airbeat One 2025, we’ll be there for you with our Dosenmatrosen booth, located right on the Main Camping, to supply you with ice-cold canned drinks. We’re basically your neighbors.
Imagine you’re standing on the Main Camping area, right in front of the entrance to the infield. Now turn halfway to the left and just start walking.

At our booth, you'll find everything you need to stay refreshed at the festival: a wide selection of chilled canned drinks and convenient 2 kg bags of ice cubes. Look forward to cold beer, fruity ciders, delicious long drinks, fizzy soft drinks, energizing energy drinks, and of course, refreshing water – all ready to grab and go.
Cashless PaymentYou can only pay at our booth using your festival wristband. So it’s fully cashless.
You can also return any cans you bought from us right at the booth. We'll immediately refund the deposit (€0.25 per can) to your festival wristband as credit.
We were thinking about how we could reach you at Airbeat and get your attention.
We had a few wild ideas: storming the main stage, dropping free cans from a hot air balloon, handing out bread rolls at 7:00 a.m. Then at the very last second, we thought—why not just start a WhatsApp channel? Boring? Yes! But nobody gets hurt! Win-win.
But why?Simple. Through this channel, we can send you the exact location of our Dosenmatrosen stand, share our prices on-site, and you can tell your fellow campers about us and recommend our channel.

Here are the most important questions and answers.
Unfortunately, due to exclusivity agreements, we are unable to deliver all products to the festival site. You will find the items that are eligible for delivery in the "Airbeat" category. If delivery to the Airbeat One Festival does not appear during the ordering process, you must have an item from another category in your shopping cart. Once this item has been removed, you can complete your order with delivery to the festival site.
Alternatively, you can have your order sent to your home and bring it to the festival yourself. You are free to choose your delivery method.
Until 23:59 on 04.07.2025. We are people with families, regular working hours and free time too, so we need a few days' notice before the festival to be able to pick and pack your pre-order properly.
We want to offer you the option of having chilled drinks at all times. It is only logical that this incurs costs, for example for chilled storage, truck transport to Airbeat and the people behind it. We also pack your pre-order in shipping boxes so that you can pick it up on site without a long wait and, above all, carry it easily. That's why, with a heavy heart, we have decided on a reduced shipping fee of £4.99 (instead of the regular £5.99). The good news is that this fee is a one-off charge, regardless of how much you have delivered to Airbeat.
When placing your online order (shipping method: collection) in the Dosenmatrosen online shop, you can use the following payment options: PayPal, instant bank transfer, credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
You can pick up your Click & Collect order at our Dosenmatrosen stand on the Airbeat One Festival grounds in the immediate vicinity of the Main Stage with your 5-digit order number and your full name. You can either print out the order confirmation or show the email you received on your smartphone.
You can return the cans you purchased from us and receive your deposit back. We will then credit the deposit directly back to your festival wristband on site. It's super quick! Heavily crushed or broken cans are excluded. The barcode or deposit logo must be legible.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address (e.g. from the festival site to your home address) or add or cancel individual products after the order has been placed.
To collect your purchased items, we need your 5-digit order number and your name. The best way to collect your order is to show the screenshot of your order confirmation email on your mobile phone to the relevant member of staff at the stand.
You are welcome to bring another person with you to help carry your order, but as we need to verify your name and order number, we would prefer you to come in person.
Pick-up on a different day is possible in principle, but it will take longer for everyone involved to find your parcel. We therefore ask you to pick up your parcel on the day specified in your order.
Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we are unable to split your order into several pick-up days. This is only possible in certain exceptional cases.
We have sack trucks. However, we only have a small number available. We require your ID card as a deposit, which will be returned to you when you return the sack truck.
