We'll be there for you live at the Main Camping site with our Dosenmatrosen stand and, as always, we'll have ice-cold drinks at fair prices for you. Whether you want beer, long drinks, or ice cubes, we'll take care of you right at the festival, even without a pre-order. Just come by, raise a can with us, and make Airbeat One unforgettable

This only works if all selected products are actually from the “Airbeat” category.

While you’re already mentally preparing for the festival and bursting with excitement, we’ll lovingly pack your order and deliver it with our refrigerated truck directly to the festival. You can pick it up at our booth on your selected day.

As an Official Supporter of Airbeat One 2025, we’ll be there for you with our Dosenmatrosen booth, located right on the Main Camping, to supply you with ice-cold canned drinks. We’re basically your neighbors.
Imagine you’re standing on the Main Camping area, right in front of the entrance to the infield. Now turn halfway to the left and just start walking.

At our booth, you'll find everything you need to stay refreshed at the festival: a wide selection of chilled canned drinks and convenient 2 kg bags of ice cubes. Look forward to cold beer, fruity ciders, delicious long drinks, fizzy soft drinks, energizing energy drinks, and of course, refreshing water – all ready to grab and go.
Cashless PaymentYou can only pay at our booth using your festival wristband. So it’s fully cashless.
You can also return any cans you bought from us right at the booth. We'll immediately refund the deposit (€0.25 per can) to your festival wristband as credit.
We were thinking about how we could reach you at Airbeat and get your attention.
We had a few wild ideas: storming the main stage, dropping free cans from a hot air balloon, handing out bread rolls at 7:00 a.m. Then at the very last second, we thought—why not just start a WhatsApp channel? Boring? Yes! But nobody gets hurt! Win-win.
But why?Simple. Through this channel, we can send you the exact location of our Dosenmatrosen stand, share our prices on-site, and you can tell your fellow campers about us and recommend our channel.
We’ve also got a few special offers planned, and this way we can keep you in the loop faster and more directly. Join in and come aboard!
Here are the most important questions and answers.
Unfortunately, due to exclusivity, not all products can be delivered to the festival site. You will only find the items that are eligible for delivery in the “Airbeat” category. If shipping to the Airbeat One Festival does not appear in the order process, you probably have an item from another category in your shopping cart. As soon as this is removed, you can complete your order with shipping to the festival site.
Alternatively, you can of course have your order sent to someone you know in Germany and bring it to the festival yourself. Here you are free in your choice.
Until 04.07.2025 23:59.. We are also people with families, regular working hours and free time - so we need a few days' notice before the festival to be able to pick and pack your pre-order properly.
We want to offer you the option of chilled drinks at all times. It is only logical that this incurs costs, e.g. for refrigerated storage, truck transportation to Airbeat and the people behind it. We also pack the pre-order in shipping boxes so that you can pick them up on site without a long wait and, above all, carry them easily. Therefore, with a heavy heart, we have decided on a reduced shipping fee of €4.99 (instead of the regular €5.99). The good news is that this fee only applies once - no matter how much you have delivered to Airbeat.
You can use the following payment options for your online order (shipping method: pick-up) in the Dosenmatrosen online store: PayPal, instant bank transfer, credit card (Master, Visa).
You can pick up your Click & Collect order at our Dosenmatrosen stand on the Airbeat One Festival grounds in the immediate vicinity of the Main Stage by providing your 6-digit order number and your full name. You can either print out the order confirmation or show the email you received on your smartphone.
You can return the cans you bought from us and get your deposit back. We will then credit the deposit directly back to your festival wristband on site. It's super quick! Excluded are heavily crushed or broken cans. The barcode or deposit logo must be readable.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 00:00!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your address (e.g. from the festival site to your home address) or to add or cancel individual products.
To pick up your pre-ordered items, we need your 6-digit order number and your name. It is best to show the screenshot of your order confirmation email on your cell phone to the respective employee at the stand to pick up your order.
You are welcome to bring another person with you to pick up your order, but as we need to verify your name and order number, we would be happy to meet you in person.
It is generally possible to collect your order on a different day, it will just take longer for everyone involved to find it. We therefore ask you to collect the pre-order on the day you specified in the checkout.
Unfortunately, it is not logistically possible for us to adapt your order to several collection days or this can only take place in certain exceptional cases.
We do lend out hand trucks. But only a small contingent. We need your ID card as a deposit, which you will receive back when you return the hand truck.
